Season Team Pack 2016/17

SoccerStarz released a Manchester United team pack for the 2016/17 season. This 2016/17 season team pack consisted of 22 figures, all on a GREEN base, with just 650 packs being produced world wide. Each pack came an individually numbered certificate of authenticity, with the pack all but selling out on pre order!

The pack did give collectors a couple of potential pack exclusives! Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial had their squad numbers updated. Martial switched from 9 - 11 following the arrival of Ibrahimovic, the single blister pack and Elite foil bag version of Martial was #9, however the figure in this team pack is #11. Lingard was #35 in single blister and Elite foil bag, while this team pack version has him with his correct 2016/17 squad number of #14. It was unsure whether either of these updated figures would get a single blister pack release, it would all depend upon how quickly the stock was sold. Jose Mourinho had his shirt changed from Blue to White for this Manchester United version, however the figure used was the Chelsea verion as the base stamp was SOC406, not SOC1092, this was due to a factory error and the correct version of Mourinho was down for a blister release in early 2017.
